The Challenge
Managing leads from multiple sources (Wix, Shopify) and manually creating invoices, receipts, and quotes from scattered data was prone to errors and consumed nearly 20 hours per week of administrative time.
The Solution
We built a centralized Airtable CRM that syncs all leads and orders in real-time via n8n. The system automatically triggers Documint to generate and email branded PDF invoices, receipts, and quotes immediately upon booking or purchase.
